Silent Suffering by inaiz22 Good and evil fights for the fragile mind of a mentally ill girl who no longer believes in religion. Rhyming poem. I wrote this in my early twenties. Real misery seeps from these words. I'm an atheist by the way. I was so miserable in church and would cry on Sunday when I came home. I felt so much better when I left and realized I never believed in God or Christianity.
